Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. Webscale System does not collect payments on this website. This Policy applies when you purchase a program through an invoice or written enrollment agreement with us.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public catalog. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations between 13 and 7 days before start, typically 50% of tuition after administrative costs.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment settlement date or before the second live session, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by mandatory law.
Conditions for full or partial refund
- Full: cancellation ≥14 days before start; materials unused; seat not transferred.
- Partial: cancellation 7–13 days before start, or documented instructor cancellation without a suitable makeup option.
- No refund after the second live session except where we cancel the program permanently.
Non-refundable items
Custom facilitation fees already incurred, third-party exam vouchers, printed materials shipped at your request, and privately scheduled advisory hours that have been delivered are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@webscalesystem.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and advise whether additional documentation is needed.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.
Cancellation by Webscale System
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date at no charge or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.
Exceptions
Where consumer protection rules in Taiwan(China) provide stronger rights, those rights prevail. Force majeure events may delay delivery; refunds in those cases are handled case by case under the enrollment agreement.
